Westy Soccer is extremely proud to announce the hiring of Rich Dell as our Technical Director for the club. Rich brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to our community, and is someone who does things the right way and conducts himself with absolute professionalism, class and integrity. Rich cares deeply about player development, success and enjoyment, and has always had a high level of respect and support for all the coaches and staff that he works alongside.
Rich’s responsibilities will include overseeing all competitive players in the club including the hiring of our team coaches. Rich has also been tasked with creating a new robust college program that gives our older players additional education and opportunities to play at the next level.
